Built in Canada for small businesses everywhere

QFlo started because we got tired of paying for five different tools to do what one should handle.

How we got here

We run a portfolio of websites. Local business directories, niche content sites, service pages — over a hundred domains across different industries and cities. Each one needs the same basic marketing infrastructure: lead capture forms, appointment booking, a CRM to track contacts, email follow-up, and some way to know which pages and ads are actually driving results.

For a while, we did what everyone does. Jotform for forms. Calendly for booking. HubSpot free tier for CRM. Mailchimp for email. Google Analytics for tracking. Zapier to glue them together. It added up fast — not just the money (which was $100-150/mo per site), but the time spent managing connections that broke, importing CSVs between tools, and rebuilding workflows every time one service changed their API.

So we built our own. QFlo started as an internal tool — a single platform where form submissions, bookings, and website events all flow into one CRM, and automated workflows handle the follow-up. We built it to manage our own sites, and it worked well enough that we figured other small businesses might want it too.

That's where we are now. QFlo isn't a venture-backed startup trying to displace HubSpot. It's a tool built by people who run small websites for people who run small businesses. We keep it focused, we keep it affordable, and we don't add features just to pad a comparison table.

What we believe

Small businesses shouldn't need a marketing degree

If you can use email and fill out a form, you can use QFlo. We build for business owners who want to capture leads and follow up — not for marketing managers who want 200 features and a certification program.

One platform beats five disconnected tools

The real cost of running separate tools isn't the subscription fees — it's the time you spend connecting them, troubleshooting broken integrations, and manually moving data between systems. One platform that handles everything eliminates that overhead.

WordPress deserves a real integration

WordPress powers over 40% of the web. Most marketing platforms treat it as an afterthought — embed this iframe, set up this Zapier flow. We built a native plugin because WordPress users shouldn't have to work harder just because their platform is popular.

Pricing should be straightforward

We're planning to price QFlo under $50/mo USD when we launch paid plans. No per-seat charges, no feature gating that forces you to the enterprise tier, no surprise overages. One price for the whole platform. During beta, it's free.

The team

QFlo is built by the team at Digified Media, a digital marketing company based in Calgary, Alberta. We manage a portfolio of over 2,000 domains and the websites built on them — QFlo is the tool we built to run our own marketing, now available to other small businesses.
