WordPress Plugin

QFlo is the only marketing automation platform with a native WordPress plugin. Embed forms and booking calendars with shortcodes or Gutenberg blocks, install the tracking pixel with one click, and capture UTM data automatically. No Zapier. No iframes. No workarounds.

WordPress plugins don't talk to your marketing tools

You've got a form plugin, a booking plugin, maybe a CRM plugin — and none of them share data. To get a form submission into your email tool, you need Zapier ($20/mo). To trigger a follow-up from a booking, you need another Zapier flow. You end up spending more on connecting tools than on the tools themselves.

How QFlo solves it

Form and calendar shortcodes

Embed any QFlo form or booking calendar on any page or post. Use [qflo_form id="123"] or [qflo_calendar id="456"] — takes about five seconds. The embed loads fast and styles itself to match your theme.

Gutenberg blocks

If you use the block editor, QFlo forms and calendars are available as native blocks. Search for "QFlo" in the block inserter, pick your form or calendar, and publish.

Automatic tracking pixel

The plugin installs the QFlo tracking pixel on every page of your WordPress site. No code editing, no manual snippet insertion. Activate the plugin, enter your QFlo account ID, and visitor tracking starts immediately.

UTM data passthrough

UTM parameters from your ad campaigns get captured automatically and passed through to form submissions and bookings. You'll know which Google Ad or Facebook campaign drove each lead without any manual setup.

What's included

  • Works with any WordPress theme
  • Compatible with page builders (Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder)
  • Lightweight — under 50KB, no performance impact
  • Automatic updates via WordPress

Installation takes two minutes

The QFlo plugin installs like any other WordPress plugin. No FTP, no config files, no developer needed.

1

Install the plugin

Go to Plugins → Add New in your WordPress admin. Search for "QFlo" and click Install, then Activate. That's it — no zip files to upload.

2

Connect your QFlo account

Go to Settings → QFlo and enter your QFlo account ID. The plugin connects to your QFlo account and pulls in your forms, calendars, and tracking settings automatically.

3

Embed forms and calendars

Use shortcodes like [qflo_form id="123"] or add QFlo blocks in the Gutenberg editor. Your forms and booking calendars render natively on the page — no iframes, fast loading, styled to match your theme.

4

Tracking starts automatically

Once connected, the plugin installs a lightweight tracking pixel on every page. Page views, form interactions, and UTM data flow into your QFlo account without any additional configuration.

How the plugin connects to QFlo

The WordPress plugin isn't a standalone tool — it's a bridge between your WordPress site and the full QFlo platform. Here's what happens under the hood:

  • Form submissions on your WordPress site go directly to your QFlo CRM. The plugin sends the data via API — no email notifications to parse, no Zapier in between.
  • Booking requests follow the same path. A visitor picks a time on your embedded calendar, and the booking appears in QFlo with full contact details and attribution data.
  • The tracking pixel records page views and interactions on your WordPress site. When a visitor later submits a form, their browsing history gets attached to their contact record retroactively.
  • UTM parameters from your ad campaigns are captured automatically. If someone clicks your Google Ad and later books an appointment, you'll see the full journey — which ad, which landing page, which form.

Why WordPress users choose QFlo over other platforms

Most marketing automation platforms treat WordPress as an afterthought. They'll tell you to embed an iframe or set up a Zapier integration. QFlo is different — WordPress support is built into the product from the ground up.

No Zapier tax

Connecting HubSpot or ActiveCampaign to WordPress means paying for Zapier ($20+/mo) and hoping the connection doesn't break. QFlo's plugin is a direct connection — form submissions and bookings flow to your CRM natively. One less subscription, one less point of failure.

No iframe embeds

Most platforms embed forms via iframes that load slowly, don't match your theme, and break mobile layouts. QFlo forms render as native HTML on your page — fast loading, responsive, and styled to fit your site.

One-click tracking

With other platforms, you copy-paste a tracking script into your theme's header.php (and hope the next theme update doesn't overwrite it). QFlo's plugin handles the tracking pixel automatically — activate and forget.

Everything in one account

Your forms, booking calendars, CRM, email campaigns, and automation workflows all live in QFlo. The WordPress plugin connects your site to all of it — not just one feature. Change a form in QFlo, and it updates on your WordPress site automatically.
